On Friday, 4 January 2013, at night at 3:31, in Utenos district municipality, on the Vilnius–Utena main road (kilometre 93.65), a MAN 26.414 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 55-year-old driver of the MAN (37 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
