On Monday, 7 January 2013, in the evening at 20:15, in Vilnius, on Stepono Batoro street, at the junction with Pūčkorių street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Opel Astra, a Toyota Avensis and a Mercedes-Benz O 405. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to give way when changing direction. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 60 km/h.
