On Saturday, 12 January 2013, in the morning at around 5:00, in Anykščių district municipality, Keblonių village, on the Anykščiai–Burbiškis–Rubikiai regional road (kilometre 1.40), a vehicle hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person died — a 22-year-old pedestrian. The accident was caused by a 22-year-old pedestrian, who was lying on the carriageway. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was overcast, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
