On Friday, 25 January 2013, in the afternoon at 16:05, in Ukmergės district municipality, on the Kaunas–Zarasai–Daugpilis main road (kilometre 80.30), an Iveco 440E38 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Iveco (8 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.31‰ blood alcohol).
