On Monday, 28 January 2013, at night at 23:10, in Plungės district municipality, on Stoties street near No. 20, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Passat, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (2.01‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene.
