On Wednesday, 6 February 2013, in the afternoon at 16:30, in Tauragės district municipality, Vėluikių village, on the Skaudvilė–Bijotai–Kaltinėnai–Kražiai regional road (kilometre 2), an Opel Astra-G-Caravan rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Opel (12 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was icy. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
