On Monday, 11 February 2013, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Vilniaus city municipality, on the local road, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Mitsubishi Eclipse and an Audi A6. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi, who failed to give way when changing direction. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
