On Monday, 11 February 2013, in the evening at 19:54, in Biržų district municipality, on the Kupiškis–Vabalninkas–Biržai national road (kilometre 48.10), a Scania R 420LA rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 61-year-old driver of the Scania (30 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
