On Monday, 18 February 2013, in the afternoon at 16:05, in Kaunas, on Radvilėnų pl., at the junction with Tunelio street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Iveco 35-10 and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Iveco (10 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was snowing, the road surface was icy.
