On Sunday, 3 March 2013, in the evening at around 22:00, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Šiauliai main road (kilometre 38), a MAN 18.403 registered in Belarus ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the MAN (a citizen of Belarus) (4 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, there was a blizzard, the road surface was icy. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
