On Saturday, 2 March 2013, in the evening at around 22:00, in Šiaulių city municipality, on the Kiti keliai local road (kilometre 3.20), an Audi 100 Avant hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 25-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by a 25-year-old pedestrian, who was walking at night without reflectors (light, hi-vis vest).
