On Friday, 22 March 2013, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Marijampolės municipality, on Vytauto street near No. 46, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mitsubishi Pajero, a Volkswagen Golf Plus and an Audi A4. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 42-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi (16 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (0.87‰ blood alcohol).
