On Monday, 25 March 2013, in the evening at around 21:00, in Kupiškio district municipality, on the Kupiškis–Kuosėnai–Naiviai–Misiukiškis regional road (kilometre 5.20), a BMW 530 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the BMW (13 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
