On Tuesday, 26 March 2013, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Klaipėdos district municipality, Agluonėnų village, on the Dreižiai–Agluonėnai regional road (kilometre 6), a Volkswagen Golf ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (4 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (3.15‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
