On Monday, 1 April 2013, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Kaunas, on Partizanų street, at the junction with Kovo 11-osios street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot 406 and an Audi 80 Avant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Peugeot (1 year of driving experience), who failed to obey traffic-control signals. Both drivers were sober.
