On Monday, 1 April 2013, at night at 23:34, in Kėdainių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 130.30), a BMW 530 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the BMW (5 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
