On Thursday, 4 April 2013, in the afternoon at 12:30, in Kaunas, on Taikos pr., at the junction with Birželio 23-iosios street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Audi A8, an Opel Corsa and a Peugeot 306. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 45-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. All drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was snowing, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
