On Sunday, 7 April 2013, in the afternoon at 16:10, in Klaipėda, on Taikos pr., at the junction with Baltijos pr., a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Passat and a Subaru Impreza. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to comply with road signs or markings. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
