On Monday, 18 March 2013, in the evening at 18:16, in Kauno district municipality, Domeikavos village, on Vandžiogalos pl., a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Mitsubishi Space Runner, an Audi A4 and an Audi A4 Avant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 36-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. All drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry.
