On Sunday, 21 April 2013, in the evening at 18:30, in Vilnius, on Upės street, a vehicle hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 16-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. He fled the scene.
