On Sunday, 28 April 2013, in the evening at 22:37, in Vilnius, on S. Stanevičiaus street near No. 4, a vehicle hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 18-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by a 18-year-old pedestrian, who committed sudden emergence from behind a vehicle, tree, etc.. He was drunk (2.37‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident it was dark, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
