On Sunday, 28 April 2013, in the evening at 20:01, in Kelmės district municipality, on the Paraseinys–Alėjai–Lioliai–Kelmė regional road (kilometre 27.67), a Honda -- rolled over. One person was injured — the 24-year-old driver of the Honda (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Honda, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.45‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
