On Monday, 13 May 2013, in the evening at 18:15, in Telšių district municipality, on the Telšiai–Seda national road (kilometre 5.55), a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a Honda Civic and a Subaru Forester. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Honda, who failed to choose a safe speed.
