On Tuesday, 14 May 2013, in the evening at 21:45, in Anykščių district municipality, on the Radiškis–Anykščiai–Rokiškis national road (kilometre 58.58), a Volkswagen Golf rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 39-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (less than a year of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to choose a safe speed. She was drunk (1.38‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
