On Monday, 20 May 2013, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Vilnius, on Nemenčinės pl., at the junction with Pasakų street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Citroen Berlingo and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 61-year-old driver of the Citroen (40 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
