On Tuesday, 28 May 2013, in the evening at 17:19, in Jonavos district municipality, Išorų village, on the Kaunas–Zarasai–Daugpilis (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta d. pusė) main road (kilometre 17.99), a collision occurred.
