On Wednesday, 19 June 2013, at night at 4:20, in Anykščių district municipality, on J. Biliūno street, at the junction with Liudiškių street, a collision with barriers occurred. The accident involved a Mitsubishi Galant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi (17 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.05‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
