On Wednesday, 19 June 2013, at night at 23:30, in Šilutės district municipality, Mockių village, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a horse-drawn cart and an Opel Zafira. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 41-year-old cart driver, who committed other traffic rule violations and entered the oncoming traffic lane. He was drunk (3.03‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
