On Thursday, 20 June 2013, in the evening at around 18:00, in Kaunas, on Kovo 11-osios street near No. 60, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Renault Laguna and an Opel Astra. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Renault, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
