On Saturday, 13 July 2013, in the evening at 19:25, in Šiaulių district municipality, Micaičių village, a BMW 318i hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the BMW (1 year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.56‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident it was overcast, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
