On Wednesday, 17 July 2013, in the evening at 17:29, in Vilnius, on Musninkų street near No. 20, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot Boxer and an Audi 80. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Peugeot (6 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (3.09‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
