On Wednesday, 17 July 2013, in the evening at 22:55, in Kaunas, on A. Juozapavičiaus pr. near No. 20, a BMW 316 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
