On Thursday, 8 August 2013, in the afternoon at 14:28, in Vilnius, on Dariaus ir Girėno street near No. 36, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volvo 850 and a Volkswagen Crafter. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the Volvo (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
