On Saturday, 10 August 2013, in the morning at 5:30, in Kaunas, on M. Daukšos street, at the junction with V. Sladkevičiaus street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Citroen Xsara Picasso and a Volkswagen Jetta. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Citroen (6 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
