On Tuesday, 13 August 2013, in the evening at 21:30, in Radviliškio district municipality, on Panevėžio street near No. 39, a BMW 325 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.51‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
