On Tuesday, 20 August 2013, at night at 2:20, in Vilnius, on Kalvarijų street, at the junction with V. Gerulaičio street, a Rover 214 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the Rover (12 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to choose a safe speed. He refused a sobriety test. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
