On Sunday, 25 August 2013, at night at around 1:00, in Anykščių district municipality, Juškonių village, a Honda Civic rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Honda, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. A 22-year-old passenger of the Honda was drunk (1.80‰). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
