On Saturday, 14 September 2013, in the evening at around 18:00, in Panevėžys, on J. Tilvyčio street, at the junction with V. Alanto street, an Audi A4 Avant hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 39-year-old driver of the Audi (18 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
