On Thursday, 19 September 2013, in the evening at around 19:00, in Kauno district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 89.84), an Opel Combo hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Opel (6 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
