On Saturday, 12 October 2013, in the morning at 7:55, in Kėdainių district municipality, Šėtos town, on Ramygalos street, an Audi 80 ran off the road. Two people were injured — a 5-year-old passenger of the Audi (treated as an outpatient, was not in a child seat) and a 52-year-old passenger of the Audi (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet.
