On Saturday, 12 October 2013, at night at 23:30, in Vilkaviškio district municipality, Pajevonio village, on the Pajevonys–Gudeliai regional road (kilometre 1.65), an Audi 100 Avant ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 51-year-old driver of the Audi (5 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene.
