On Friday, 18 October 2013, at night at 3:16, in Vilniaus district municipality, on the Vilnius–Minskas main road (kilometre 17), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volvo FL614 and a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 516 CDI registered in Belarus. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Volvo (a citizen of Belarus), who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk and had no driving licence.
