On Saturday, 19 October 2013, in the evening at around 18:00, in Kauno district municipality, Lapių town, on the Vilijampolė–Žeimiai–Šėta national road (kilometre 7.50), a Ford Transit FT 150 hit a pedestrian away from any crossing.
