On Thursday, 24 October 2013, in the afternoon at 14:45, in Kaunas, on Karaliaus Mindaugo pr., at the junction with Prietilčio street, a collision with a motorcycle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 528 and a Suzuki GSF 600. One person was injured — the 44-year-old driver of the Suzuki (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 48-year-old driver of the BMW (30 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
