On Sunday, 27 October 2013, in the afternoon at 15:06, in Jonavos district municipality, Koncepto village, on the Bukonys–Upninkai–Keižonys regional road (kilometre 12), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Audi A4, a Ford Transit FT 190 and a Syland. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (2.23‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
