On Sunday, 27 October 2013, at night at around 2:00, in Pakruojo district municipality, on the Pakruojis–Sosdvaris–Mikniūnai regional road (kilometre 19), a Mitsubishi Space Runner rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was dark, the weather was clear, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
