On Wednesday, 30 October 2013, in the afternoon at 13:40, in Kaunas, on Savanorių pr. near No. 172, at the junction with K.Petrausko street, a Honda CR-V hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 66-year-old pedestrian, who committed sudden emergence from behind a vehicle, tree, etc.. The driver was sober.
