On Saturday, 2 November 2013, in the afternoon at 16:20, in Vilnius, on Liepkalnio street near No. 200F, a Rover 214 rolled over. Two people were injured — a 33-year-old passenger of the Rover (hospitalized) and a 28-year-old passenger of the Rover (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Rover, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.55‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
