On Sunday, 10 November 2013, in the morning at 6:52, in Rokiškio district municipality, on the Radiškis–Anykščiai–Rokiškis national road (kilometre 61.14), a BMW 316 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.60‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was wet.
