On Sunday, 10 November 2013, at night at around 2:00, in Kelmės district municipality, Kletiškės village, a ChTZ rolled over. One person was injured — a 24-year-old passenger of the ChTZ (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the ChTZ, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
